Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Field Operations, Engineering, Learning and Development, or related operational environments.
Proven leadership in diverse teams and cross-cultural settings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive measurable outcomes.
Ability to define strategic roadmaps and execute plans in a multicultural environment.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills across levels of management.

Responsibilities

Execute the global field learning strategy at regional level, aligning to priorities and roadmap.
Lead an international team across multiple countries with a culture of high performance.
Translate global curricula and standards into actionable regional plans while preserving outcomes.
Partner with regional Field Operations, HR, EHS, and leadership to align learning priorities with business needs.
Ensure data-driven allocation of training capacity and measure progress and impact.
