Oliver Wyman is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. You will independently manage and drive high-complexity training programs, both in-person and virtual, while supporting administrative needs and collaborating with regional and global teams.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and the ability to travel 10–20%. You will build relationships with facilitators and vendors and ensure programs are executed

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning and Development or related field.
• Proven experience in program management and delivery of high-complexity training programs.
• Familiarity with LMS, LXP, event management software and virtual delivery tools.
• Ability to travel (10–20%), with a current visa.

Responsabilidades

• Program management and delivery of complex training initiatives.
• Develop and update run-of-show guides for in-person and virtual programs.
• Serve as Program Lead to ensure expert delivery and smooth execution.
• Coordinate logistics with delivery pods, including venue setup and Zoom sessions.
• Manage budgets for individual programs and collaborate with other departments.
