Job summary

Amazon is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position in 2027, based in Oviedo, Spain. You will work on HR projects across global operations, gaining hands-on experience in employee relations, training, and workforce analytics.

The role includes a mentor, and you may be considered for a graduate role after completion. You must meet the language and academic requirements, be enrolled at a university, and commit to a 40-hour week for up to six months.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Able to sign a learning agreement with the university.
• Available for 40 hours/week and 6 month internship maximum.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of HR functions in Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for teams.
• Learn HR practices across the organisation and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
• Support HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with goals.
