Job summary

Black Swans Exist GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive a distributor-based model across Central and Eastern Europe. This remote role covers Baltics, Balkans, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova, with base salary around 60,000–100,000 euros plus bonus and open to multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years international sales experience with distributors/partners.
• Background in ophthalmic consumables or medical implants.
• Experience with several Central/Eastern European markets.
• Fluent English; additional regional languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop distributor networks across Central & Eastern Europe.
• Identify new-country entry opportunities and set country plans with partners.
• Manage pipelines, analyze market data, and use Salesforce to identify opportunities.
• Represent the business at conferences and build relations with distributors and customers.
