Job summary

SITA Group is seeking a Territory Marketing Manager to partner with the local sales team, shape the local marketing strategy, and drive revenue impact across Central Europe.

You'll collaborate with multiple teams across Europe, manage events, campaigns, and communications, and translate product messages for the local market. English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in field marketing and/or tech marketing.
• Experience working with sales teams and supporting commercial objectives.
• Strong judgement on budget and effort allocation.
• Confident managing agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Be a true partner to sales and understand priorities, pipelines, and customer challenges.
• Own the local marketing strategy and convert priorities into a territory plan.
• Develop deep understanding of key customers and accounts; tailor messaging locally.
• Lead planning and delivery of events, campaigns, and communications in your region.
• Act as a connector between sales, product marketing, and global teams; translate product messages.
