Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager - Data Center (Southern Europe) to drive sales strategy and expand the Data Center business across Spain, France, and Italy.

You will build strategic customer relationships with data center owners, operators, and stakeholders, while collaborating with engineering, project management, and SAP/Dynamics teams to capture mission-critical HVAC and DLC opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
• Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems, or energy-efficient infrastructure is a must.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365) and SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills (French and/or Italian) are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Nordic Data Center market in alignment with the European Data Center organization.
• Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for mission-critical HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate closely with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
• Support the development of regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with the European Data Center business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify future growth opportunities.
