Job summary

CGS seeks a commercial leader with a proven track record in complex B2B energy markets to shape regional strategies and drive revenue in the battery energy storage sector. You will build executive-level partnerships with utilities, funds, EPCs and investors, and lead high-stakes negotiations to secure contracts.

This role includes mentoring a regional team and coordinating with engineering, product, and delivery for large-scale solutions.

Qualifications

Complex B2B leadership track record.
Leadership in energy systems, renewables, or related infra.
Structured solution-selling for high-CAPEX projects.
Established network with utilities, funds, EPCs, and industrial users.
Strong negotiation and executive advisory skills.
Fluent in English; able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Design and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue expansion and secure market share.
Identify and capture high-value opportunities within the battery energy storage market.
Cultivate relationships with C-suite leaders, investors, EPCs, and utilities.
Direct executive-level negotiations through to contract signing.
Partner with engineering, product, and delivery to structure large-scale technical solutions.
Build and scale a regional team while balancing strategy with client engagement.
