DNV seeks a customer-focused manager to lead strategic relationships in the Battery Energy Storage Systems sector, with emphasis on the Chinese market. You will gather market insights, shape digital solutions, and work with product, engineering and delivery teams to meet evolving needs.

You will mentor teams, drive business growth across BESS, hybrid plants and grid projects, and travel internationally to engage with customers and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) industry, in operations, commissioning, asset management, or related functions.
• Solid understanding of BESS technologies, system operation and performance optimization.
• Experience with customer-facing responsibilities and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English for business discussions and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support customers and events.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with key BESS customers, especially in the Chinese market.
• Support strategic commercial initiatives and coordinate with regional sales and cross-functional teams.
• Capture customer needs and future requirements to guide product and service improvements.
• Share market intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Translate requirements into opportunities, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Assist engagements at technical and business levels to maximize asset value and reliability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor commercial teams in energy storage.
