LONGi Energy Storage is seeking a senior LTSA and large-scale energy storage service leader to own end-to-end LTSA delivery for Europe-wide projects. You will oversee commercial negotiations, contract performance, on-site O&M and risk management across the full project lifecycle.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive KPI adherence, cost control, and customer relationship management, while standardizing LTSA service processes for sustainable profitability and value realization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in utility-scale BESS delivery, operation and maintenance management.
• 3+ years LTSA project management experience.
• Familiar with lifecycle performance processes of large-scale energy storage projects.
• Experience leading energy storage integrators or new energy battery enterprises on GW-level LTSA projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LTSA negotiation, service scope, term, and price adjustments.
• Oversee full-cycle O&M for LTSA projects and ensure KPI targets.
• Build and manage on-site resource, spare parts system, and logistics.
• Drive data review, cost control, and continuous improvement of LTSA processes.
• Manage customer relationships and drive value-added service opportunities.
