Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the recycling industry.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience handling 1000t/month aluminum scrap.
• Willing to travel to Spain HQ monthly.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key market players, growers, and professional organizations.
• Define, organize, and follow up on test plots and commercial trials.
• Create commercial showrooms in key locations with strategic partners.
• Provide technical support to commercial teams and partners.
• Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and market share assessments.
• Analyse the business performance and propose improvements.
