Morgan Latif | B Corp™ is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee their operations in Spain and Italy. The role involves translating corporate targets into execution plans, improving operational excellence and optimizing the supply chain. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Engineering, leadership experience, and multilingual skills (English + Italian/Spanish). The position emphasizes transition towards a high-performance team environment and requires experience in Industry 4.0 technologies.

Morgan Latif has been exclusively retained by a leading global packaging client to appoint a Regional Operations Manager for their sites in Italy and Spain. The company is Transitioning the southern cluster from a relationship-heavy legacy style to a data-centric, high performance team environment.

Scope of responsibility

• Translate corporate targets (EBIT, RONA, ESG) into regional execution plans
• Build an integrated, end-to-end value chain across all sites
• Drive shift from site-based to unified regional operating model
• Lead footprint optimisation, site specialisation, and automation strategy
• Own regional CapEx roadmap for long-term competitiveness

Operational Excellence

• Deliver TPM, OEE, and bottleneck improvement across plants
• Standardise operations into a single European model
• Lead Industry 4.0 adoption (AI predictive maintenance, robotics, automation)

Supply Chain & Cost Optimisation

• Implement centralised planning across supply chain and production
• Reduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costs

Desired Profile

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable.
• A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites.
• Must have lived and worked in multiple countries. Multilingualism is a prerequisite (English + Italian/Spanish)

Location

• The role can be based across Italy and Spain.
