Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a role at our Madrid Production Hub to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure participation in surveys and studies.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with English proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in multinational settings is a plus; some tasks may include translations and administrative support.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using multiple communication channels.
