Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist for our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging and following up to maximize participation. You will maintain updated healthcare professional information and assist with queries.

Ideal candidates have native French, strong English, and excellent communication and organizational skills, plus analytical abilities and experience in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
