IQVIA in Madrid is looking for a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will establish trust with healthcare professionals, invite them to participate, and handle follow-ups to ensure questionnaire completion.

The role involves phone and email communications, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with multinational teams.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
