Job summary

Bertrandt Group is seeking an intern to join the Talent Department in Getafe, Spain. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role includes posting offers, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assisting with salary offers and ERP data updates. A paid internship with training is offered.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement.
• Living near Getafe; having your own vehicle is a plus.

What You Bring Along

• Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with the possibility of signing an internship agreement.
• High level of English (minimum C1).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different profiles.
• Interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Living near Getafe; having your own vehicle is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
