Oesía Group in Zaragoza offers a Talent Acquisition Internship to join an important project.

The role is based in a hybrid environment with responsibilities spanning job postings, resume screening, interview support, ATS updates, and collaboration on employer branding.

Formación

• Ongoing or completed studies in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Sociology, or related fields.
• Interest in talent recruitment and selection area.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Desirable: intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
• Screening resumes according to the requirements of each vacancy.
• Conducting pre-screening phone interviews and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Updating the candidate database and tracking applicants in the ATS.
• Supporting in-person and/or video interviews with the recruitment team.
• Managing administrative tasks throughout the process (documentation, interview invitations, candidate reports).
• Collaborating on employer branding initiatives (university events, job fairs, social media content).
