Titan Operating System S.L. (Titan OS) in Barcelona is seeking a motivated People Intern to support People Operations and Employee Relations.

This internship offers hands-on experience across HR functions and contributes to employee experience in a fast-growing tech environment. You will assist with onboarding, offboarding, maintaining HR records, and internal communications, while supporting benefits and HR data tasks.

Formación

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Interest in HR operations, lifecycle management, and workplace culture.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies).
• Assist with benefits, leaves, and employee requests.
• Collaborate on initiatives to promote engagement and well-being.
• Support employee relations cases under guidance from the team.
• Prepare HR metrics reports and presentations.
• Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Role overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive People Intern to join our team, with a focus on People Operations and Employee Relations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across various HR functions, supporting day‑to‑day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).-li>
• Support the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well‑being.
• Participate in employee relations cases and follow‑up, under guidance from the team.
• Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs.
• Work closely with the wider People team to support ad‑hoc projects and process improvements.

• A Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• A strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• A proactive, empathetic, and people‑first mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with HR software tools or platforms (e.g., Factorial, BambooHR) is a plus
