Job summary

Bertrandt Group is seeking an intern to join the Talent Department in Getafe, Spain. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role includes posting offers, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assisting with salary offers and ERP data updates. A paid internship with training is offered.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement.
• Living near Getafe; having your own vehicle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post job offers and manage applications.
• Active search of candidates through LinkedIn.
• CV screening and candidate preselection.
• Conducting phone interviews.
• Preparing reports with feedback from phone interviews.
• Participating in face-to-face interviews with the Talent team.
• Supporting the preparation of salary offers.
• Assisting in employee onboarding processes.
• Managing and updating information in the internal ERP.
