About the offer

What would be your main functions?

• You will welcome our guests and handle the check-in and check-out procedures, providing a warm, personalised and efficient service.
• You will look after guests throughout their stay, answering their queries and anticipating their needs to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
• You will manage bookings, invoicing, payments and administrative tasks typical of a reception role, ensuring a prompt and accurate service.
• You will handle both internal and external calls and enquiries.
• You’ll share your knowledge of the city to recommend restaurants, activities, shows and experiences that make every visit unique.
• You will coordinate additional services, bookings and special requests, taking care of every detail to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• You will assist with the daily closing of the reception and ensure the smooth running of the hotel’s operations.
• You will assist guests with their luggage and transport needs.
