Hidden Hotels is hiring warm, outgoing hospitality staff for a fixed-term summer role at Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa in Palma de Mallorca. The position covers front desk operations, check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest communications.

The role emphasizes service from the heart, handling calls, informing guests about tariffs, invoicing, and daily closing. Experience of at least 1 year and studies in tourism with German language knowledge are valued.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality.
• Experience in check-in/check-out and guest invoicing.
• German language knowledge is a plus.
