Hotel Sir Victor seeks an experienced receptionist to welcome guests at the Barcelona hotel, serving as the face of the company and ensuring a warm, memorable visit.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality, is fluent in English, and is proactive, patient, and highly organized with a team spirit to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a qualified receptionist to work at the Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona to welcome as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming greeting; a person who has the patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and can improve experience of hotel guests.

This is what you're going to do

• Make the check-in and check-out for our guests.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Handle complaints and specific customers' requests.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
• Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options.
• Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
• Communicate with Housekeepers, Maintenance and Restaurants Departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.

• +2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
