Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca seeks a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, greeting families and guiding them to activities and schedules.

You will handle ticket sales, cash register, reservations for parties and events, and support the operations team to keep daily processes running smoothly; bilingual Catalan/English and basic IT skills required. This is a permanent, on-site position with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Specific training or vocational background in customer service.
• Bilingual in Catalan and English to assist guests.
• IT skills and confidence using computers for bookings and ticketing.
• At least 6 months of experience in a reception/front-desk/customer support role.

A private company operating in the sector of recreational, sports, and entertainment activities is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join its on-site team in Palma. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, friendly, and well-organized atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.

Qualifications

• An intermediate level of proficiency in both Catalan and English to assist local and international guests

• At least 6 months of previous experience in a similar reception, front-desk, or customer support role

This position offers a permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) based in Palma. The working schedule runs from Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. The salary is to be negotiated directly with the hiring company during the recruitment process.
