Berrow Projects, a Mallorca-based property development studio, seeks an Estate Agent to manage the full sales cycle for Berrow Projects and Berrow Collection across Mallorca, from Sóller with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will drive new listings, maintain client relations, and coordinate with architects and local agents to place the right property with the right buyer. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with a keen eye for design and high-end markets.

• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally Mallorca second-home market.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Genuine negotiation skill and commercial instinct to guide high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail; capable of owning CRM, diary and paper trail.
• Confident, polished communicator and presenter; comfortable on phone, viewing, or negotiating table.

Berrow Projects is a vertically integrated property development studio building bespoke design homes that honour Mallorcan heritage while meeting the highest standards in contemporary living. We're looking for an Estate Agent to sell both our own developments (Berrow Projects) and a wider portfolio of listed properties across the island (Berrow Collection).

Based at our Sóller office, you'll cover properties across Mallorca — including Palma, Santa María, Valldemossa, Biniali and more — with occasional flexibility to work from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first client contact and property viewings through negotiation to closing, across both Berrow Projects developments and Berrow Collection listings.
• Drive business development: identify and secure new listings, and build lasting relationships with property owners to grow Berrow's portfolio.
• Manage your client pipeline and the company CRM with discipline — tracking leads, viewings, offers and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house architects and with other local estate agents to match the right property to the right buyer.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally in the Mallorca second-home market.
• Fluent English and Spanish, additional languages are a strong advantage given our client base.
• Genuine negotiation skill and commercial instinct, with the confidence to guide high-net-worth clients to a decision.
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail — comfortable owning a CRM, a diary and a paper trail as carefully as a client relationship.
• Confident, polished, professional communicator and presenter, equally at ease on the phone, in a viewing, or at the negotiating table.
• Established local market knowledge and/or an existing network of contacts across Mallorca real estate is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with everyday productivity and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar, Excel, Google Docs, Canva).
• A genuine interest in design, architecture, and aesthetics, with an eye for quality and good taste in the properties represented
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Able to commute reliably to Sóller.
