Berrow Projects, a Mallorca-based property development studio, seeks an Estate Agent to manage the full sales cycle for Berrow Projects and Berrow Collection across Mallorca, from Sóller with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will drive new listings, maintain client relations, and coordinate with architects and local agents to place the right property with the right buyer. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with a keen eye for design and high-end markets.

Formación

• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally Mallorca second-home market.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Genuine negotiation skill and commercial instinct to guide high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail; capable of owning CRM, diary and paper trail.
• Confident, polished communicator and presenter; comfortable on phone, viewing, or negotiating table.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end—from first contact and viewings to negotiation and closing, for Berrow Projects and Berrow Collection.
• Drive business development: secure new listings and build lasting relationships with property owners.
• Manage client pipeline and CRM with discipline; track leads, viewings, offers and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with in-house architects and local estate agents to match properties to buyers.
