Berrow Projects, a Mallorca-based property development studio, is seeking an Estate Agent to sell both Berrow Projects developments and Berrow Collection listings across Mallorca. Based in Sóller with occasional work-from-home flexibility, you will manage end-to-end sales, build a strong client base, and grow the company portfolio.

You will work with architects and other agents to match buyers to ideal properties, while leveraging CRM tools to maintain an accurate pipeline.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally Mallorca second-home market.
• Genuine negotiation skill and commercial instinct for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organisational discipline; comfortable owning a CRM, a diary and a paper trail.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end—from first contact to closing across Berrow Projects and Berrow Collection.
• Drive business development: secure new listings and build relationships with property owners.
• Manage your client pipeline and the CRM with discipline; track leads, viewings, offers and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with in-house architects and local estate agents to match properties to buyers.
