Engel & Völkers in Palma is seeking a Real Estate Consultant to join our center and work with a prestigious, international client base. You will acquire and sell premium properties across Mallorca, present exceptional listings, and provide expert advisory to buyers and sellers.

Ideal candidates hold residency in Mallorca, fluent German and Spanish, good English, proven sales experience in real estate, and a client-focused mindset with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Your key responsibilities:

• Acquisition and sale of premium properties in Palma and across Mallorca
• Professional property valuation and compelling object presentations
• Comprehensive, high-level advisory and continuous support for buyers and sellers
• Execution of targeted sales and local marketing initiatives to grow your market presence

What you bring to the role:

• Permanent residency in Mallorca (ideally Palma or the surrounding area) along with strong local market awareness
• Excellent, fluent German language skills (mandatory), solid Spanish language skills (mandatory), and good English
• Proven sales experience in the real estate sector or another customer-facing industry
• Strong affinity for exclusive properties and a distinct service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with MS Office and ideally prior experience with CRM systems
• Polished manners, confident interpersonal skills, strong negotiation talent, and a structured, self-driven work ethic
