Inmobiliaria Estate Agents Group in Orihuela Costa is expanding and seeking experienced Property Sales Agents to join our team. You will take ownership of buyers from initial enquiry through to sale, qualify clients, source suitable properties, arrange viewings and negotiate to close deals.

We have an established pipeline of active buyer leads, regular new enquiries, and a portfolio of properties across Orihuela Costa.

Formación

• Previous real estate sales experience is essential.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Full driving licence and own car.
• Confident conducting property viewings and dealing directly with buyers.
• Strong sales, negotiation and follow up skills.
• Motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple active buyers and opportunities.
• Confident working with an international client base.
• Additional languages are a bonus.

This is not a position where you will spend your first few months wondering where your next buyer is coming from.

The buyers are already here.

We have a strong pipeline of active buyer leads, new enquiries arriving regularly and a growing portfolio of properties across Orihuela Costa ready to sell.

Now we need another great salesperson to help us turn those opportunities into results.

You will qualify buyers properly, understand what they are really looking for, source suitable properties, arrange and conduct viewings, follow up consistently, negotiate and progress opportunities towards completion.
