Inmobiliaria Estate Agents in Orihuela Costa is seeking an experienced Property Sales Agent to own buyers from inquiry to sale. You will qualify buyers, source suitable properties, arrange viewings, follow up consistently, negotiate and push opportunities toward completion.

Applicants should have real estate sales experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, hold a driving license with own car, and be capable of handling multiple buyers while closing deals with an international client base.

Our Orihuela Costa office is growing, and we are looking for additional experienced Property Sales Agents to join our team.

This is not a position where you will spend your first few months wondering where your next buyer is coming from.

The buyers are already here.

We have a strong pipeline of active buyer leads, new enquiries arriving regularly and a growing portfolio of properties across Orihuela Costa ready to sell.

Now we need another great salesperson to help us turn those opportunities into results.

The Role

You will take ownership of your buyers from initial enquiry through to sale.

You will qualify buyers properly, understand what they are really looking for, source suitable properties, arrange and conduct viewings, follow up consistently, negotiate and progress opportunities towards completion.

Take ownership of your buyers. And close.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous real estate sales experience is essential
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Full driving licence and own car
• Confident conducting property viewings and dealing directly with buyers
• Strong sales, negotiation and follow up skills
• Motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results
• Organised and capable of managing multiple active buyers and opportunities
• Confident working with an international client base
• Additional languages are a bonus
