AgileEngine is expanding a Python-based event-driven integration platform. You will build APIs, resilience features, and AI-facing integrations that scale for Fortune 500 brands and startups.

Expect to work across distributed systems, implement contract-first interfaces, and ensure reliable processing with Kafka and OpenAPI/AsyncAPI. You will collaborate with a cross-functional squad, implement CI/CD, and continuously improve testing and observability.

Competenze

• 4+ years of production experience with Python with typed, tested, packaged services and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven and asynchronous architecture, messaging and durability concepts.
• REST API design experience and OpenAPI; familiarity with AsyncAPI contracts.

Mansioni

• Build and evolve a Python service handling an event taxonomy, durable log, and ITSM actions.
• Design and maintain contract-first interfaces using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
• Develop resilience mechanisms and multiple access patterns for various consumers.
