Agrupa Global Talent is recruiting a Technical Director for the Purification Business. The role reports to the CEO Purification and leads technical strategy across five sites to ensure targets and standards are met.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies with directors, acting as the technical voice with clients, guiding HSE/R&D, and overseeing product development from ideation to market release.

Formación

• 10 to 15 years of experience leading technical developments and implementations in Chemical/Pharma.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience leading HSE and R&D areas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop overall business strategies with company directors and advise on technical progression
• Act as technical representative to clients and external parties
• Foster a safety-first culture and reduce operational environmental footprint
• Communicate the technical vision internally and externally
• Design and sign-off technical strategies for new product development
• Oversee multi-site technical leadership across purification operations
• Monitor project progress and ensure high technical standards and efficiency
• Identify and mitigate technical risks for new ventures
