Tradebe's Life Sciences division seeks a Global Technical Director to lead the flavours business, shaping and executing the global technical strategy. This executive role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, with involvement in the Executive Committee and direct influence on innovation, growth, and market expansion.

You will manage a multidisciplinary technical team (3–6 direct reports, ~17 indirect), drive scale-up from lab to production, and ensure high standards in development,

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in flavours industry.
• Proven experience in international environment.
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven background in technical strategy and execution.
• Interest in new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and define the global technical strategy for the flavours division.
• Oversee leadership of flavourists, savoury and applications teams, ensuring scale-up from lab to production.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to Executive Committee decisions.
• Maintain high quality and regulatory compliance.
