G-P is seeking a Technical Director for Purification in Barcelona to lead technical strategy and engineering across five sites. You will partner with top leadership to drive performance, safety, and innovation in product development and risk management.

The role oversees multisite budgets and end-to-end tech delivery from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years leading technical developments in Chemical/Pharma, with experience in fine-chemicals or distillation, and proven HSE

• Ensure quality and compliance across all operating countries.
• Advise other departments on technical factors.

In this role, you will lead technical strategy and engineering for the Purification Business across five sites, partnering with top leadership to drive performance and safety. You will act as the technical face of the company to clients and external parties, shaping product development and risk management. You will oversee multisite operations, budget, and project execution to meet targets while reducing environmental impact. You’ll foster a safety-first culture and promote innovation in processes and tools that enhance quality and reliability.
