Parsec Automation, LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Services to unify and scale the three workstreams—Advisory, Delivery, and Support—into a single, credible operating model. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and client engagements, ensuring predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years of technical delivery leadership, experience with MES/MOM platforms, and strong collaboration with SI/GSI partners.

Formación

• 10+ years in technical delivery or engineering leadership within enterprise software or manufacturing platforms.
• Experience managing multiple technical functions as a unified org.
• Experience leading distributed teams across US/Europe (Spain was highlighted).
• Track record of scaling technical delivery during growth phases.
• Strong operational instincts in capacity planning, utilization, SLA, and escalation.
• Ability to translate delivery metrics into executive-level insights.
• Direct experience with MES/MOM or industrial platforms (TrakSYS preferred).
• Ability to partner with SI/GSI ecosystems and Enablement, Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Own three workstreams: Advisory, Delivery, and Support, ensuring a consistent operating model across all.
• Lead capacity planning, staffing, and governance across concurrent engagements.
• Set and enforce engineering and QA standards across proofs of concept, enhancements, and delivery.
• Track velocity, throughput, and metrics to inform hiring and ramp timelines.
• Establish shared standards and communication norms for a uniform client experience across workstreams.
