ADP seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise programs across the International Product portfolio. You will partner with GPTs, corporate functions, and stakeholders to drive governance, prioritization, and execution. Strong Agile and leadership skills are essential for executive reporting and global collaboration.

The role requires building dashboards, driving change, and delivering measurable business outcomes while navigating complex multinational environments.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required & Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Program management with governance defined across various project streams.
• Build program/project plan with tracking of task execution.
• Coach teams on deployment and change management.
• Ensure risks and issues are tracked to closure.
• Communicate to stakeholders and leadership on program status.
• Manage multiple work streams to meet key objectives.
• Build documentation and centralize information for programs.
• Create automation and dashboards using Power BI or SharePoint.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
