Job summary

ExoClick in Barcelona is seeking a Publisher Account Manager (Email) to develop and manage relationships with 35-50 email publishers. You will focus on monetizing traffic while ensuring compliance with network guidelines.

You will report to the Email Team Manager and Head of Publishing, drive growth, utilize data insights, and maintain records in HubSpot in a dynamic, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the email industry.
• Strong understanding of online advertising monetization models (CPC/CPM).
• Fluent in English; additional languages valued (Spanish, French, Russian).
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio optimization: Daily monitoring of publisher performance to improve monetization.
• Growth planning: Identify and qualify new leads to expand your portfolio.
• Relationship management: Build long-term loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• CRM discipline: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (tasks, QBRs, pipeline).
