Job summary

ExoClick is expanding its Barcelona office and seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our publishing and advertising business worldwide. You will search for new clients, understand their needs, and coordinate with the Publishing and Advertising teams to drive revenue.

You will report to the Head of Publishing, leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to maximize market share, with a proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Russian; other languages valued.
• Proven experience in business development and CRM management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.
• Understanding online pricing models: CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential publishers: identify leads, qualify, meet with clients, structure deals, and close.
• Create and maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system.
• Be active on Skype, Facebook, Telegram groups to identify opportunities and leads.
• Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans for your portfolio of new clients.
• Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts (cross-selling, upselling).
• Support onboarding for account-related requests with other departments.
