Job summary

TwinRed is seeking a results-driven publisher account manager to nurture and expand relationships with a portfolio of publishers in Barcelona. You will drive revenue growth and optimize monetization strategies through data-driven recommendations and proactive negotiations.

Ideal candidates bring strong English skills (Russian a plus) and prior advertising network experience, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is essential; Russian is a plus.
• Experience in an advertising network is advantageous.
• Familiarity with key digital campaign metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA).
• Ability to work autonomously and think critically under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of publishers.
• Drive revenue and volume growth across your portfolio by identifying opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with publishers for strategic solutions.
• Advise publishers on placements, layouts, and monetization strategies with data support.
• Lead business development to onboard new publishers.
• Monitor industry trends and translate them into practical recommendations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial and performance reports.
• Represent the company at industry tradeshows and events worldwide.
