TwinRed, a leading digital advertising service provider, seeks a Publisher Relations specialist in Barcelona. You will manage an established publisher portfolio, drive revenue growth, and lead negotiations while advising on monetization strategies backed by data analysis.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a modern office in central Barcelona and opportunities to attend international conferences.

WITH US, YOU WILL BE

• Managing and developing long-term relationships with an established portfolio of medium-to-large publishers
• Drive growth in revenue and volume across your portfolio by identifying and acting on new opportunities
• Lead negotiations with publishers to find the best strategic solutions for both sides
• Advise publishers on advertising placements, website layouts, and monetization strategy, supported by thorough data analysis
• Lead business development efforts to identify and onboard new publishers
• Monitor industry trends and developments in ad tech, translating them into practical recommendations for your accounts
• Prepare clear and insightful weekly and monthly financial and performance reports
• Represent the company at industry tradeshows and events worldwide

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Excellent level of English (Russian and/or other languages are considered a plus)
• Previous experience from an advertising network is highly advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
• Comfortable with adult content
• A passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
