Homeclub is seeking a Property Specialist to own the performance of our premium Spain portfolio, focusing exclusively on owner relationships, maximizing profitability, and ensuring top-tier service.

You will lead the Guest Experience team, collaborate on revenue strategies, and oversee operations to maintain high quality across properties. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 2–3 years in property/real estate roles and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in property management, asset management or real estate operations.
• Strong business and financial acumen: read and manage P&L, ROI, portfolio performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and stakeholders with precision.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (B2+).
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or premium asset management is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Management: Control and optimize the P&L for your portfolio.
• Owner Relations: Act as primary contact for property owners and report performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Guest Experience team for service excellence.
• Pricing & Occupancy Strategy: Define plans with Revenue Manager to optimize occupancy and profitability.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure property condition and service quality with no incidents.
• Tenant Relations (High-Impact Cases): Intervene with tenants for urgent/high-impact issues.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor occupancy, revenue, costs, profitability, deviations.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accuracy of financial/operational reports and KPIs.
