Alstom in Madrid is seeking a Project Planning Manager to update full schedules and collect time-related progress information. The role will maintain the schedules in accordance with the Time Management Plan and company procedures, collaborating with engineering, operations, and design teams.

The successful candidate will have an engineering or business degree, strong English, 2–4 years in project planning, and hands-on experience with MSP, P6, or Planisware, plus MS Office.

• High level in English is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience as Project Planning.
• Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool (MSP, P6, Planisware).
• Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker.
• Conflict management and multi-tasking.
