Alstom busca un/a responsable de gestión de contratos y reclamaciones para proyectos en Madrid, con enfoque en análisis contractual, mitigación de riesgos y liderazgo en equipo.

Se valorará experiencia en el sector ferroviario y capacidad para coordinar con gestión de proyectos, legal y finanzas, asegurando compliance y entregas a tiempo.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de contratos y reclamaciones (2-3 años)
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, principalmente en el sector industrial
• Idiomas: español (obligatorio) e inglés (obligatorio)

Responsabilidades

• Analizar y gestionar contratos y reclamaciones para proteger intereses de Alstom.
• Monitorear el cumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales y hitos del proyecto.
• Emitir avisos contractuales oportunos y gestionar la correspondencia con terceros.
• Preparar y gestionar elementos y documentación de reclamaciones y contraden reclamaciones.
• Informar sobre gestión de contratos y reclamaciones a las áreas del proyecto, legal y gestión de contratos.
• Asegurar KPIs de gestión de contratos según plazos de reporte.
• Formar a las partes interesadas clave en gestión de contratos/reclamaciones.

We'll look to you for:

• Carefully analyzes the contract to build and drive implementation of Contract and Claim management strategies, developing a pragmatic and proactive commercial approach based on contractual analysis of the project, to protect, on a daily basis, Alstom interests and taking into account the contract and business objectives.
• Monitors projects toward contract obligations, including support to monitoring of project schedule towards achieving contractual milestones.
• Ensures timely issuance of contractual notices and monitors correspondence by analyzing with Project Manager incoming and outgoing correspondences to third parties.
• Carefully monitors, records, and notifies any third party regarding claims/counterclaims and prepares and manages all elements and supporting documentation for claims/ counterclaims a member of Project Contract Management Organization.
• Reports on contract management and claims activities to the project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
• Ensures Contract management KPIS are reported as per reporting deadlines.
• Provides training on contract/claim management to key project stakeholders, including project management, finance, engineering, sourcing.
• Provides at any time, on management demand, a reliable and understandable contractual and commercial analysis of the project.

• Educational Requirements: A degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences
• Experience: 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)/Project Management, mainly in the industrial sector. Experience in railway projects is a plus.
• Languages: Spanish (mandatory) & English (mandatory)
