Alstom busca un Project Contract Manager para trabajar en Madrid, aportando experiencia en gestión de contratos y reclamaciones en proyectos de señalización. Se requiere título en Derecho, Ingeniería, Finanzas, TIC, Economía o ciencias empresariales y 2-3 años de experiencia relevante.

Se valorará experiencia en proyectos ferroviarios. El puesto ofrece oportunidad de desarrollo en un entorno internacional y un equipo dinámico.

Formación

  • Educational requirements: un título en Derecho, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Técnico, Economía o ciencias empresariales.
  • Experiencia: 2-3 años en gestión de contratos/reclamaciones o gestión de proyectos, principalmente en el sector industrial.
  • Idiomas: español e inglés, obligatorios.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar e impulsar la gestión de contratos/reclamaciones y estrategias de mitigación de riesgos alineadas con los objetivos de Alstom.
  • Dar liderazgo técnico en Proyectos de Señalización.
  • Monitorear obligaciones contractuales y hitos del proyecto.
  • Emitir avisos contractuales a tiempo y gestionar la correspondencia.
  • Preparar y gestionar documentos para reclamaciones y contrarreclamaciones.
  • Informar sobre gestión de contratos y reclamaciones a Project, Legal y Contract Management.
  • Asegurar que los KPIs de gestión de contratos se reporten en los plazos.
  • Ofrecer formación en gestión de contratos/reclamaciones a las partes interesadas.
  • Proporcionar análisis contractuales y comerciales confiables a demanda.

Responsabilidades
  • You'll provide guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies in accordance with Alstom’s business objectives; including extensions of time (EoTs), variations orders, contract amendments but also providing technical leadership in Signalling Projects.
  • We’ll look to you for: As a member of Project Core Team Carefully analyzes the contract to build and drive implementation of Contract and Claim management strategies, developing a pragmatic and proactive commercial approach based on contractual analysis of the project, to protect, on a daily basis, Alstom interests and taking into account the contract and business objectives.
  • Monitors projects toward contract obligations, including support to monitoring of project schedule towards achieving contractual milestones.
  • Ensures timely issuance of contractual notices and monitors correspondence by analyzing with Project Manager incoming and outgoing correspondences to third parties.
  • Carefully monitors, records, and notifies any third party regarding claims/counterclaims and prepares and manages all elements and supporting documentation for claims/ counterclaims negotiations.
  • As a member of Project Contract Management Organization Reports on contract management and claims activities to the project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
  • Ensures Contract management KPIS are reported as per reporting deadlines.
  • Provides training on contract/claim management to key project stakeholders, including project management, finance, engineering, sourcing.
  • Provides at any time, on management demand, a reliable and understandable contractual and commercial analysis of the project.

Requisitos
  • Educational Requirements: A degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)/Project Management, mainly in the industrial sector.
  • Experience in railway projects is a plus.
  • Languages: Spanish (mandatory) & English (mandatory).
