Alstom is seeking a Railway Project Manager for Getafe to oversee projects from contract to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and budget. The role requires coordinating across engineering, procurement, logistics, production and quality teams while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Candidate should have a relevant engineering degree and 3–5 years in similar roles; SAP and MS Project knowledge is desirable to manage schedules, costs and risks effectively.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical, Economics, Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years in similar positions.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Project schedule tracking and monitoring.
• Project cost control and tracking.
• Customer communication and negotiation of variation orders.
• Identification of new customers and business opportunities.
• Negotiation of cost deviations and claims.
• Project risk and opportunity management, including action plan implementation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, production and quality teams to solve complex challenges shaping mobility.
