Alstom Ametsis in Getafe is seeking a Railway Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will be responsible for quality, cost, delivery, planning and EHS, working with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, production and quality.

The role demands a degree in a relevant engineering or economics field, 3–5 years’ experience, and English at B2 level.

Your role, your impact

• Project schedule tracking and monitoring
• Project cost control and tracking
• Customer communication and negotiation of variation orders
• Identification of new customers and business opportunities
• Negotiation of cost deviations and claims.
• P roject risk and opportunity management, including action plan implementation and follow-up.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across, engineering, procurement, logistics, production and quality -solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What You Bring

• Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical, Economics, Administration or similar.
• At least 3-5 years in similar positions.
• English level: B2.
• Desirable knowledge on SAP and MS Project.
