IESE Business School, Barcelona Campus, invites applications for a role within the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center. You will support the attraction and implementation of competitive European projects and collaborate with international stakeholders.

The position combines back-office and front-office tasks (about 60% back-office and 40% front-office), requiring excellent English and Spanish, strong writing and coordination skills, and experience with EU programs such as Horizon Europe or

Formación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with very high grades.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in European projects related to entrepreneurship/innovation (e.g., Horizon Europe, EIT).
Strong qualitative analysis experience.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest and experience in technology transfer, corporate venturing, startups.

Responsabilidades

Support attraction of competitive projects (pre-award) by identifying relevant calls and assisting with proposal writing.
Support implementation of projects (post-award) including coordination with consortium and partners, delivery execution, startup scouting.
Conduct literature reviews, surveys, interviews, and qualitative analysis; assist with presentations and proofreading.
