IE University's Business School Bachelor Programs in Segovia is looking for a Program Assistant to join its dynamic team. You will serve as a point of contact for students and faculty and support the communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

Organizing and participating in student events, you will contribute to a multicultural environment and help maintain operation excellence. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and valid EU work

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Curious, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a point of contact with students and faculty.
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders (students, professors, IEU departments).
• Organize and participate in student events.
