Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a proactive Procore System Administrator to join the Design & Construction team. You will manage, optimize, and scale the Procore construction management system across projects, empowering teams with real-time data to drive high-impact construction outcomes.

You will oversee system settings, provide training, ensure data integrity, and work with IT to integrate Procore with ERP systems, contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on Procore administration or as a platform superuser.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and industry documentation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, deliver engaging user training, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Procore Certified Administrator credential highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Procore system administrator: Manage all company-level and project-level settings, permissions, user accounts, and templates.
• Deliver technical support and user training: provide troubleshooting and onboarding resources to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting: perform system audits and build dashboards for leadership visibility into project performance.
• Optimize processes and system integrations: partner with IT and operations to integrate Procore with core ERP systems.
