CoreWeave is hiring a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead the expansion of its global footprint. As on-site owner’s representative, you’ll direct multiple data centre builds, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

In this full-time role, you will oversee MEP systems, coordinate with design, supply chain, and executive teams, and navigate contracts, change management, and regulatory approvals to turn bold plans into reliable

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading data centre construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise in mission-critical infrastructure (MEP, power, cooling).
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• On-site leadership coordinating GCs, subs, and vendors.
• Familiarity with pre-construction services and risk management.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple data centre construction projects as owner's representative on-site.
• Administer contracts with developers and general contractors.
• Oversee drawings, specs, change management, and planning approvals.
• Direct installation, commissioning, and QA of MEP, power, and cooling systems.
• Drive schedules and multi-million pound budgets; coordinate with supply chain and exec stakeholders.
