Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Procore System Administrator to join our Design & Construction team in Madrid. You will manage company-wide and project-level Procore settings, roles, and templates, while delivering training and support to project teams and external partners.

You will perform data audits, build dashboards for leadership, and collaborate with IT to integrate Procore with ERP systems, improving construction workflows and data integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on Procore administration or as a platform superuser.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and industry documentation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, deliver engaging user training, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Procore Certified Administrator credential highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Procore system administrator: Manage all company-level and project-level settings, permissions, user accounts, and standardized templates.
• Deliver technical support and user training: Provide troubleshooting for project teams and external partners while developing onboarding resources to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting: Perform system audits and build custom dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into project performance and metrics.
• Optimize processes and system integrations: Partner with IT and operations to integrate Procore with core ERP systems and streamline construction workflows.
