Job summary

Iron Mountain in Spain is seeking a proactive Procore System Administrator to join our Design & Construction team. You will be the platform subject matter expert, managing Procore settings, user accounts, and templates, while delivering training to project teams and partners.

You will maintain data integrity, build dashboards for leadership, and collaborate with IT and operations to integrate Procore with ERP systems and streamline construction workflows, driving efficiency and continuous

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Procore administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver user training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Procore Certified Administrator is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Procore system administrator for company-level and project-level settings, permissions, user accounts, and templates.
• Deliver technical support and user training; develop onboarding resources to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting; perform system audits and build dashboards for leadership visibility into project metrics.

As our platform subject matter expert, you will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Procore construction management system across our project portfolio. In this role, you'll directly empower our project teams with the tools and real-time data they need to execute seamless, high-impact construction projects. Here, your technical expertise will elevate operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across our infrastructure initiatives.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary Procore system administrator: Manage all company-level and project-level settings, permissions, user accounts, and standardized templates.
• Deliver technical support and user training: Provide troubleshooting for project teams and external partners while developing onboarding resources to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting: Perform system audits and build custom dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into project performance and metrics.
• Optimize processes and system integrations: Partner with IT and operations to integrate Procore with core ERP systems and streamline construction workflows.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in direct, hands-on Procore administration or as a platform superuser.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and industry documentation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, deliver engaging user training, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Procore Certified Administrator credential highly preferred.
